Coalition for Social Justice demonstrates over 'economic hardships'

The Coalition for Social Justice (CSJ), a political pressure group, on Tuesday staged a demonstration over what it described as unbearable economic hardships in Ghana.

Dubbed: “Kum Yen Preko”, the demonstrators marched through some principal streets of Accra holding placards with various inscriptions.

Some of the placards read: “419 Government”, “Patapaa Government”, “Clueless Government”, “Stop Collapsing Business” and “2020 just around the corner.”

The CSJ was joined by some members of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and other pressure groups such as the Ga-Mashie Fishermen and Fishmongers Association, Coalition for Aggrieved Customers of Menzgold, Greater Accra Market Women Association, and Spare Parts Dealers Association.
